Y Llofft is a newly renovated, dog-friendly, open plan holiday apartment for 2 people. It is part of the old Pigeonsford Farm Dairy and has been thoughtfully updated whilst at the same time retaining many of the old features such as oak beams, slate cills and lime rendered walls. 

The unit comfortably sleeps 2 in one double bed. There is a living area with sofa, armchair, TV and wood burning stoves a small kitchen with hob, oven, extractor, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, a dining area for 2 and a sleeping alcove. The shower room comprises shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. However, you must bring your own beach towels. Access to a washing machine is available.

Outside

There is a small patio garden where you will be able to sit and relax, eat breakfast, or have a BBQ after a day out.

A public footpath runs through Pigeonsford Farm. It leads directly into a beautiful ancient woodland and meanders towards the village and beach. This is ideal for exercising your dog or indeed yourself. Leave the car behind and take a delightful stroll down into the village.

Access Statement

Pigeonsford Farm Holiday Cottages are located on private land, in a peaceful spot away from the road. There is minimal traffic noise but occasionally agricultural vehicles and animals can be heard. This is a rural area and is to be expected. 

Parking is available close to Y Llofft. The areas around the cottage are predominantly laid to gravel and there are stone steps leading up to Y Llofft. Unfortunately, this makes it unsuitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

There is external PIR lighting at night time.

The property is simply furnished to maximise space but provides all that is required for a relaxing holiday. Accommodation is all on one level.

The owners are nearby so will be able to meet you and show you around. They will be on call if you have any problems during your stay.

Large Families and Groups

Y Llofft is available to rent along with Hawen Cottage and/or Rhibyn Cottage if a larger group is staying.
