For those who fancy a bit of fresh air but nothing too strenuous, this is a lovely flatish walk of around 5.5 miles from the National Trust house at Llanerchaeron along the Aeron valley and back. The route differs in each direction going along a wide track towards Aberaeron before returning along a narrow woodland path.  There is a café at Llanerchaeron and a wonderful choice of shops, pubs and restaurants in Aberaeron.
